Cancellation Policy
Doctor Consultation:
Doctor appointment been booked can be cancelled half an hour before the scheduled start of the appointment. If payment has been made by the customer, then refund would be processed as per the refund policy.
Diagnostics/Lab Test:
Home pick-up orders – A diagnostic / lab test order can be cancelled anytime unless it is marked as ‘Officer started’ by the phlebotomist. If payment has been made by the customer, then refund would be processed as per the refund policy.
Lab visit orders
A diagnostic / lab test order can be cancelled any time before the customer has checked in to the lab. If payment has been made by the customer, then refund would be processed as per the refund policy.
Medicine Purchase
E-Pharmacy orders – A medicine order can be cancelled any time before the invoice is generated by the Pharmacy partner. If payment has been made by the customer, then refund would be processed as per the refund policy.
Store pick-up orders
A medicine order can be cancelled any time before the invoice is generated by the pharmacy. If payment has been made by the customer, then refund would be processed as per the refund policy.
Refund Policy
If payment has been made by the customer, then refund would be initiated to the original source of payment.
