We, SVAAS WELLNESS LIMITED (we, us, our), collect your personal information, in the capacity of a Data Controller, and in connection with our services and products offered to you. Under this privacy notice ‘We’ could mean, our subsidiaries, affiliates, joint venture partners, including but not limited to our employees, consultants & third parties service providers, vendors, suppliers, health care professionals who may collect your personal information for and on behalf of us.

Directly or indirectly through the feedback and testimonials that you may provide on public platform or directly to us. or iii. Automatically when you access our websites or applications, or iv. Automatically based on your interaction with our advertisements on third-party social networks (such as Facebook, Google, etc.), or v. Automatically through your participation in our online and offline events, programs, or customer engagements (if applicable), or vi. Directly from our affiliates, subsidiaries, or joint venture partners to enhance the products and services described on our website where you have interacted with them and consented to the sharing of your information.

Please note that these checks will depend on factors like the position you’re applying for and whether they are available and feasible in your location, however if these checks are relevant to your service request with us, we will provide you with more information regarding the nature of the checks, how they will be conducted, and any additional requirements or steps involved,  
  • Lifestyle and Health Information: We may collect information that describes your behavioural characteristics, (such as your age or age range, gender, hobbies, interests), and lifestyle information (such as your daily habits, routines, preferences, and general way of living, dietary choices, exercise habits, travel preferences, leisure activities, entertainment choices, social interactions, and other aspects that reflect how you spend your time and prioritize your well-being). Additionally, as part of our services and products, you may be required to share certain health-related information (such as yours or your family medical history, current health status, physical & mental health data, vaccination records and/or presence of any substance use (like tobacco & alcohol) with us.

  • Job-related information: If you are interested in exploring work opportunities with us, you may also voluntarily share your CV/Resume and information included within such as your name and contact information, employment and education history, professional qualifications, skills, certifications, references, and their contact information. 
  • Information provided by you Voluntarily: All the information you voluntarily share with us explaining your experience, interest on our products and services during our market research programs, sample distribution programs, feedback sessions, promotional activities, etc., or as a part of our customer support mechanism.

  • Third-party analytics tools such as google analytics for enabling the functionality of the website and providing you with better experience.  
  • Our employment and recruitment agencies and consultants when you share your CV/resume with us. 
  • Our professional consultants, such legal and financial advisors and auditors.  
  • any law enforcement agency, regulator, or court, if required to comply with the applicable law(s).  

The personal information we collect from you may also be processed, accessed, or stored in a country outside the country where you are located, which may not offer the same level of protection of personal information. We ensure that transfers to another affiliate or to our service providers take place only after ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws and that your information is always protected in line with our global policies and standards.  
Please note that we do not sell your personal information collected through this website with any third parties. 

6. MINOR DATA
We do not request or knowingly collect or process any personal information of individuals under the age of majority in any country. If you have shared the personal information of anyone who will be considered a minor in your country, please reach out to us with a request for deletion through the Contact Us page. We will immediately remove this personal information from our databases. 
Please note that our services are not offered or intended to be offered directly to children or minors.

However, we don’t currently make decisions solely using automated processes. 
  • the right to grievance redressal for any grievances you may have regarding your personal information and the way it is processed.  
  • the right to nominate another individual to exercise your privacy rights on your behalf in case of your death or inability to do so.

In case you are not satisfied with how we process your personal information, you can address your concern to our Data Privacy Officer using the email Id, and your concern will be investigated further

We may change or update this Privacy Notice from time to time, which will be indicated by the ‘Last Update date’ mentioned above. 11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION 
This Notice is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any claim or dispute relating to this Notice shall be brought before the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
